Realme GT Neo 3 officially launched: Performance on par with Redmi K50, 120Hz OLED screen and 150W fast charging

 

After many teases, Realme has finally officially launched the Realme GT Neo 3, which comes with industry-leading specifications. It is also the first phone in the world to support 150 W fast charging.

In more detail, the Realme GT Neo 3 has a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen with 120 Hz refresh rate, 1000 Hz touch sampling rate, 10-bit color depth, and has a punch hole for the selfie camera. The new phone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor and Mali G610 GPU.

The device has up to 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded via a microSD card. The phone runs on Android 12 operating system with Realme UI 3.0 custom interface right out of the box.

The Realme GT Neo 3 has an in-display fingerprint sensor, an X-axis linear motor, GT 3.0 mode, and a VC liquid cooling system. The phone also supports connectivity standards such as: 5G, dual 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C port for charging and data synchronization.

The Realme GT Neo 3 version supports 150 W fast charging and comes with a 4,500 mAh battery. While the regular Realme GT Neo 3 comes with a 5,000 mAh battery and 80 W charging. Realme promises a charging time from 0% - 50% of the battery in just 5 minutes for the 150 W version.

In terms of cameras, Realme GT Neo 3 has three cameras on the back, including a 50 MP Sony IMX766 main sensor with OIS, an 8 MP ultra-wide lens and a 2 MP macro sensor. The phone can record 4K videos, comes with portrait mode, night mode, Pro mode. The device has a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calling.

Realme GT Neo 3 version with 80 W fast charging support is sold in China for CNY 1,999 (about VND 7.2 million) for the starting configuration with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal memory.

The Realme GT Neo 3 150 W fast charging version costs CNY 2,599 (about VND 9.3 million) for the starting configuration with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB internal memory.
