Ahead of Christmas, OPPO has started rolling out the ColorOS 12 beta update based on Android 12 to some OPPO A74 5G users. After about a month, the A series phone has finally begun to receive the stable ColorOS 12 update.
According to an official announcement on OPPO Community, the Chinese technology company has started rolling out the ColorOS 12 stable update for OPPO A74 5G. The latest software update for the phone brings not only new features of ColorOS but also Android 12 and related features.
The update is currently rolling out to users in the Indian market, with software version C.29. If updating the device via OTA, users are required to use software version A.12.
If you have installed or are using version A.12, you can go to Settings > Software update > Gear icon > Trial version, then follow the on-screen instructions to download the version. install new updates.
Due to the OTA rollout, the update will be rolled out in batches, so it may take some time before it reaches all users.
