How to turn off follow suggestions on Instagram

Step 1: At the Instagram interface, click on the personal icon > here click on the 3 dashes icon in the top right corner.

Step 2: Here you choose to go to Settings> then continue to click on Notification settings.

Step 3: Here you will see there are notification settings for your Instagram account, click on the item Following and followers. Continue in this interface, scroll down to find Account suggestions and select Off.
